Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your product for a full refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

Obtain an RMA Number: To begin the return process, you must contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is essential for processing your return.

Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the opened or unopened product you wish to return. Clearly write the RMA number you received on the outside of the shipping package. Packages without a visible RMA number may be refused.

Ship Your Return: Send the package to our fulfillment center at the address below. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For your return to be processed, the product must be received by our fulfillment facility within thirty (30) days of the date you originally received it.

Refund Processing
Once our fulfillment center has received and processed your return, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Your refund will be credited back to your bank account. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, as processing times can vary between banks.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
